I have an issue with baker boy hats. You may have noticed that they are so trendy right now. Which is great, but not all baker boy hats are the same. For instance, I absolutely loved the one I’m wearing in this outfit. However, when I tried on a different one, this time plain and in black, the result was awful. What had just happened?
Later, while thinking about it, I realized what had gone wrong: the second hat was PLAIN and BLACK. Consequently, it was too dark and masculine for my style. On the other hand, the hat I fell in love with was in a softer material and colour, and with the bonus of a cute bow on the side. Much more feminine! Turns out it’s all in the details.
As regards the rest of the outfit, I have these Zara ankle boots a couple of years now and they are my favourites. I wear them with most of my outfits. Isn’t it funny how some items we buy eventually become our wardrobe staples? And we get to wear them again and again and again? While others live for ever forgotten in the closet?
Same goes for that Silvian Heach bag. Not only it is gorgeous but it also has so much space, that it’s unbelievable. It has like half a dozen compartments and pockets. I love this cute little bag! And did I mention, it has a lovely colour? So versatile and feminine at the same time!
